Every membership starts with a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged — there is nothing to refund.

7-day money-back on first charge

If your trial converts and you decide videocast isn't for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge. Email [email protected] within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full to your original payment method.

After the first period

For renewals beyond the first charge, cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't pro-rate part-used periods, except where required by mandatory consumer law in your country.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you may have under UK or EU consumer law. Where those rights give you a stronger remedy than this policy, the law prevails.
