These Terms govern your use of videocast.live ("the Service"), operated by Anemoni Films Ltd, Attikis 7, Office 406, 2027 Strovolos, Cyprus. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them.
1. The Service
videocast is a paid subscription web service offering a daily ranked selection of independent short films. Six previews are free each day; all 30 picks and the full archive require an active membership. We don't currently provide native apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads.
2. Free trial
New members receive a 7-day free trial with full access. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
3. Subscription & auto-renewal
- After the trial, your plan renews automatically — $9/month (Monthly) or $90/year (Annual) — until you cancel.
- The renewal amount and date are disclosed before you start the trial.
- Applicable taxes are shown at checkout and may vary by location.
- Prices may change with prior notice; changes never apply to a period already paid for.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Membership is for personal, non-commercial use by one member. You agree not to share your login, redistribute content, circumvent access controls, or scrape the Service. Films remain the property of their respective filmmakers and rights holders.
6. Content & submissions
Filmmaker submissions are handled under our Content Policy. We make no guarantee of placement. Copyright complaints follow our DMCA process.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Anemoni Films Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory UK or EU consumer law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
