What a takedown notice must include

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) or location of the allegedly infringing material on videocast.live.
• Your contact details (name, address, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] with the equivalent identifying and good-faith statements. We may restore the material in line with applicable law.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of filmmakers or users who are repeat infringers.
